That’s why I’m here now. My work is about helping new and inexperienced business owners learn the things I wish I’d known when I first started out over 40 years ago. My goal is simple: to help you move from confusion to capability, and from survival mode to steady, sustainable growth.

What I bring is experience. Over 40 years in business across Australia and the USA, backed by an MBA in Marketing and an Associate Diploma in Small Business Management. My career began in law enforcement as a homicide detective, where I learned the value of clear thinking, persistence, and understanding people. Those lessons have carried into my work with business owners who feel like they’re fighting for their future.

I’m currently writing 'The Case of the Missing Customer', a book that explores how businesses can reconnect with the people they’ve lost and build resilience for the future.
